Next, you’ll connect your social media accounts to our platform so we can schedule and publish approved content directly to your pages.

Within 10 business days of completing your questionnaire, you’ll receive a full month of custom content to review.

We’ll make any revisions you’d like, and once approved, we’ll handle posting and management for the rest of the month.

To keep our process efficient and affordable, we primarily use written communication through email. This allows our team to collaborate asynchronously and ensures every detail of your project is clearly documented.

After your initial onboarding call, you’ll have direct access to your dedicated account manager via email for updates, feedback, and approvals.

Our team responds multiple times throughout the day — always within 24 hours — so you’ll never be left waiting.

Written communication also ensures that everyone involved in your account has full visibility into your goals, feedback, and progress, keeping your experience seamless and consistent.

If the initial content doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work closely with you to make revisions based on your feedback.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer up to three rounds of revisions during your first month (within the original scope), and one round each month thereafter to ensure your content always aligns with your brand.

To cancel your service, we simply require 7 calendar days’ written notice before your next billing cycle, as stated in your contract. Written notice can be sent via email.

This allows our team to complete any content in progress and ensure a smooth wrap-up without interrupting your current month’s deliverables.

All of our services are non-refundable due to the personalized and creative nature of our work. Each project is custom-made and involves significant time and manual effort from our team.

Our goal is always to ensure you’re happy with the final result. While we don’t offer refunds or “pay only if you like it” terms, we do provide multiple rounds of revisions within the original project scope to make sure your content aligns with your expectations.

Please note that while we can’t guarantee specific marketing outcomes such as engagement or growth, we’ll always collaborate with you to refine and improve your deliverables where possible. Your payment covers the creative production of content.
